Boot Camp - Want to know if you have what it takes to host a sale?
Consignment sales are incredibly flexible and lots of fun, but they are also lots of work. You need to determine up front if you have what it takes to endure a seasonal sale. Our comprehensive sale manual will help you in every aspect, but it doesn't give the opportunity to ask questions, to see actual traffic flows, or to teach you how to handle "issues" on the fly. And no matter how thorough our book is, it won't put you in the scenario where you look up and see a line of people waiting to check out, as far as you can see!

First hand experience is incredibly effective as you prepare for your first sale, especially if you have never been to an actual sale. This is your opportunity to pick my brain and  discuss your thoughts and ideas for your sale. Lots of great ideas just aren't practical. Find out why at boot camp.

Find out what problem consignors and volunteers look like, and more importantly, how to deal with them first hand. Find out what you are looking for in lead volunteers, trainers, check in staff, and more. You'll learn how to quickly spot if you have the right person in the right job.

See how adaptations can be made to stretch your equipment and increase security with little effort on your part.

Working the sale from setup to breakdown, you will learn when to jump in, when to delegate, and most importantly, when to rest. There is nothing like the real thing to prepare you for your big adventure ahead!

The Consignamania™ manual is required reading prior to boot camp. It is also strongly suggested that you bring your book with you during your boot camp experience. Please purchase and read your copy of Consignamania at least 4 weeks prior to your boot camp and read it at least twice (once when it arrives and once the week of your boot camp) so that you best prepared to ask questions and to know what to expect. Those who come prepared get the most out of boot camp.
Boot Camp is $299.95 per person. There is a limit of 2 Campers or 2 Teams (Teams being partners) per sale. Boot camp is held in Nashville, TN, one of the largest hubs for kids consignment sales in the United States.

Campers are responsible for food, hotel and travel accommodations.
