WOW! This manual covers everything from selecting a name to how many rolls of tape you should have on hand at the sale! Seriously, you have covered absolutely every aspect of a seasonal consignment sale.. impressive!
I love the format and the easy flow of information taking you from start to finish in an easy to follow/easy to understand method. When I found I had a question in one section, it was quickly answered in the next. I like how you used pros and cons in areas where there are many options... for instance in the sole proprietor vs. partnership sale you outlined both the pros and cons for each leaving the reader to make their own choice. I also appreciated when you provided a general search idea rather than a specific website to utilize because websites come and go. A search tool will always be relevant.
This is seriously amazing. My husband kept coming in the room as I was reading (and yes.. I read all 196 pages!) and all I could say was, "She is BRILLIANT!".

Boot Camp
My experience was worth every penny and minute involved. I truly left on Saturday learning so much more than I thought I would. Jenifer mentored me through the entire process did such a good job. She showed me everything from building racks, marketing, to how to run checkout and sort at the end. It was definitely an eye opener on how to fully run a successful semi-annual sale. I would 100% suggest to anyone who is thinking about opening up their own children's consignment sale to go through Jenifer Gifford's bootcamp. It was such an amazing experience!

I have volunteered with Once Around the Block Kids Sale for about 4 years. I’ve also read Jenifer’s thorough book on how to start a sale. The lessons I learned from going through boot camp with her are invaluable. I was able to experience a sale from set-up to break-down and everything in between. Jenifer and her lead volunteers are wonderfully helpful. While they were all quick to provide answers, they didn’t come in a “do this” or “move that” format.
